Our History & Purpose

The QLCPC was formally established as a non-profit corporation in 1980. Its founding was a direct result of a Redevelopment Agreement with the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, establishing the corporation to manage parking facilities within the Washington Square West Urban Renewal Area. The purpose of the corporation is to maintain parking at the site for its members and the community.
